He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his sons, Andy (Vicki) and Jason; his grandchildren, Gavin, Lauryn, Ashlyn and Brooklyn; his siblings, Bill (Sandy), Jim and Judy Kallaus (Bob); and his sister-in-law Sue. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and a host of other loving relatives.
