He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcella Perry and Ernest Perry. He is survived by: his son Tyler; and his siblings, Doug (Karen) and Sue George. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and life-long friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Glen Haven Chapel (5125 W Broadway, Minneapolis, MN 55429). A memorial service was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Washburn-McReavy Glen Haven Chapel (5125 W Broadway, Minneapolis, MN 55429).

“I just heard Tom that you recently passed away. I haven’t talked to you for quite a while. We went to grade school at Bremer and Jordan junior high you went to North. I went downtown of Vocational but all the memories from grade school especially you’re always smiling… I remember at 12 years old we would go out around North Minneapolis and look for bottles of pop To turn in for five cents or a dime at the stores You will be missed my friend always smiling, always enjoying life”
