He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Celia; and his sister Carol. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie; his grandchildren, Hailey, Ella, Anna, Jack, Brayden, Harper, Adeline and Thomas; and his siblings, Jerald (Bev) and Beverly (Dean). He is also survived by his wife, friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred in Thomas's memory to the J.A. Wedum Residential Hospice in Brooklyn Park.
