He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret (Lantry); his parents, Thomas and Julia (Gallagher); his siblings, Gerald (Helen), John (Marion), Frank (Georgia), Bob (Marge), Catherine (Harold Cragg) and Mary Eileen; his granddaughter Shawn Marie; his brother-in-law Jerome Lantry (Marilyn); and his son-in-law Gordon V. Donnelly.
He is survived by: his children, Tom H. Fahey, III (Anne Boisclair-Fahey), Ellen, Joseph (Mary Irene), Paul (Mary Jo), Dennis (Diana), Mary, Philip (Amanda), Katie Steele, Daniel (Mary Elizabeth), Betsy Kloiber (Steven) and Therese; and his sister-in-law Marge Fahey. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
