He was predeceased by: his niece Celie Freeze. He is survived by: his parents, Boyd Smith and Lavora Smith; his sisters, Taunya Smith Freeze and Chyara Smith Stopp (Alex); his nephews, Shaun Freeze (Courtney), Travis Freeze (Yue), McKenzie Freeze and Tristan Stopp; his great-nephews, T. J. Freeze and Pierce Freeze; and his great-niece Victory Freeze. He is also survived by uncles and aunts as well as numerous cousins.
