It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven G. Pettersen (Minneapolis, Minnesota), who passed away on December 5, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Marie Joy; and his parents, Gerald Pettersen and Monte Pettersen. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Rivers; his children, Elise Woodward (Clark), Erin Marquis (Matt), Russell Pettersen (Alexia), Ronald Pettersen (Lauren), Reid Pettersen (Jenna), Eva Bouta (Dominick), Randall Pettersen and Ryan Pettersen; and his siblings, Julie Leslie (Tim) and Paul Pettersen (Lisa). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Plymouth Covenant Church (4300 Vicksburg Ln N, Plymouth, MN 55446).
