He was predeceased by: his wife Jan. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey (Charlene), Crystal (Deacon) and Susan (Anthony); his grandchildren, Angela (Mike), Stanley (Laura), Samantha (Frank) and Annie; and his great grandchildren, Cameron and Alexander. He is also survived by relatives and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Hedwig's Scholarship fund, N.E. Kiwanis Club, Tunnel to Towers or a special charity of your choice.
