She was predeceased by: her husband Steven Brandt; her parents, Ronald Kelley and Geraldine Kelley; her sister Diane; and her son Roland Svoboda.
She is survived by: her children, Shelley Svoboda-Olszewski (Tim), Steven Svoboda (Melissa), Sonya Campbell and Tommy Svoboda (Patrice); her brother Travis Whitlow (Audrie); her cousin Marilyn; her nieces, Sheri (Phil) and Karen; and her nephew Scott (Carol). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Billman - Hunt Funeral Chapel. A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Salvation Army (2727 Central Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418).
