He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney Scott and Dorothea McCallin Nicholas. He is survived by: his spouse Roz; his children, Mark (Katie), Kim (Tom Boehland) and Greg (Lisa Clapes); and his sister Kate (Richard Rose).
