She is survived by: her daughters, Kristina and Kelly Frederick; her grandchildren, Kamira, Malayah and Ilan; her mother Charlene Ann Frederick; her siblings, Deb (Ron), Teresa (Mark) and Tom (Karen); her niece Jennifer; and her nephews, Joe, Tanner and Cody.
