It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Ann Packard of Minneapolis, Minnesota, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John James and Lucille Blanche Miclot (Shanley); and her siblings, Gerald "Jerry" Miclot and Mary "Joanne" Bell. She is survived by: her husband Robert Packard; her sons, Randy Packard of Watertown, SD and Jim Packard of Watertown, SD; her sister Suzanne "Sue" Epping of Davenport; and her close friend Donalda Brownson of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
