Russina Jean (Skinaway) Cree Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russina Jean Skinaway-Cree (Minneapolis, Minnesota), who passed away on October 18, 2020, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends.

Russina was born in Minneapolis, MN to Russell Wadenah and Brenda Lee Skinaway on December 7, 1980. She was an enrolled member of the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. She was fun loving and always had a smile on her face.

She was preceded in death by her parents Russell and Brenda as well as an infant son, Nathaniel.

She is survived by her daughters Neda, Selina, and Joy and sons Mark and Chayton. She also leaves behind her siblings Russell Skinaway and Janice Skinaway.

Funeral services will be held on November 11, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Billman-Hunt Funeral Chapel. Visitation starting at 10:00 am.
