He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anneliese Jolsvay and Josef Jolsvay; his grandson Matthew Byrd (late Nancy Jolsvay); his wife Teri Perry; his children, Erika Glover, Becca Fehr (Chris), Thomas Jolsvay (Megan), Tyler Perry and Christian Jolsvay; his grandchildren, Carter, Cullan, Sylvia, Greta, Andreas and Isaac; and his siblings, Eva Brooks (Gary) and Thomas (Dianne). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are preferred.
