He is survived by: his children, Laurie David, Michael (Janell) and Susan (Willie); his grandchildren, Emily (Dan), Abigail (Chris), Jarrett, Hallie (Drew) and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Stella, Ian, Owen and Heather; and his siblings, Daryl (Rosemary) and Connie (Bruce). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
