He was predeceased by: his parents, Titus Bellville and Carol Bellville. He is survived by: his children, Luke (Jess) and Katey O'Hern (Jon); his grandchildren, William and Molly O'Hern; his siblings, Bonny, Tara, John (Cindy) and Sally; and his pet Annie.
