She is survived by: her daughter Katy (Cary Palacio); her granddaughters, Kiera and Kaylee; her son Glen (Alisha); her grandsons, Blayton, Jance and Jaron; her sister Cindy (Randy); her nephews, Brandon and Sean Collins (Kelsey Duncan); her great-nieces, Ophelia and Fiona; and her nephew Shannon Collins.
