He was predeceased by: his former wife Lavonne; and his son Joshua. He is survived by: his wife Shari; his sons, Jason (Lisa) and Jake Drake; his grandchildren, Joshua, Bella and Abby; and his sisters, Shelly and Sandy. He is also survived by other relatives & friends.
