She was predeceased by: her husband Toussaint Starks; her daughter Kristi Starks; her parents, John Anthony and Karen "Christine" Overman; her parents-in-law, Esther Mae and John McGraw; her sisters, Louise Moen and Karen Cooper; and her siblings-in-law, Dorvan Moen (Duffy), Robert Cooper (Bob) and Ruth Overman.
She is survived by: her brother Carl Overman; her goddaughter Angela Joy; and her children, Allan, Steven, Sr. (Kali), David Starks, Suzanne Starks and Maurice "Moe" Walker (Kara). She is also survived by grandchildren, which includes 14 greatgrandchildren, a host of nephews and nieces.
