She is survived by: her father Michael Wade Sr.; her siblings, Calvin Howard, Lori Wade, Michael Wade Jr. and Christine Leith; and her nieces and nephews, Calea, Kathy, Sonny, Myra, Keith, Sammy, Dawn, Louie, Mary Crystal, Debowance, Dezzy, AJ, Shania, Dathen, Andrew, Denaya and Deslin. She is also survived by her many grand-nieces/nephews.
