He was predeceased by: his parents, Sol Bukstein and Rose Bukstein. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Bukstein; his children, Jill Phillips (Jason) and David Bukstein (Ashley Magnuson); his siblings, Jerry Bukstein (Helene), Judy Litman, James Bukstein (Marlene) and Roberta Buck; his grandsons, Michael and Matthew Phillips; and his brother-in-law Myron Kaplan.
Memorials preferred to Temple Israel or Herzl Camp Scholarship Fund.
