He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Jacob, Rianna Johnsen (Derek), Zachary (Abby), Micah and Joshua; his granddaughters, Avery and Lindy Jane; his sisters, Robin (Paul), Heather, Diane and Laurel; his niece Aidan; and his nephews, Nathan, Galen, Jesse and Jack. He is also survived by many other relatives & friends.
