She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Phillip Moore and Helen Mary Grattan Moore. She is survived by: her siblings, Timothy (Connie), Gregory (Colleen), Debra Gilbertson and Barbara Gilbertson (Les); and her nieces and nephews, Jeremy, Nicole, Kathryn, Heather, Sara-Bridgett, Sean, Ashley, Lynsey and Kelsey.
In lieu of flowers, Patty requested memorials be made to either Our Lady of Peace Hospice, EWTN, Marian's of the Immaculate Conception, or the Augustine Institute.
