She was predeceased by: her husband Edward; and her grandson Chad Hazard. She is survived by: her children, Dennis (Joan), Stephen, Linda Engstrom (Charles), Pam Curran (James), Claudia Anderson (George) and Kathy Hazard (Dave). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
