It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Orrin Reyes (Minneapolis, Minnesota), born in White Earth, Minnesota, who passed away on April 15, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Reyes and Mercedes Reyes (Kay); and his grandsons, Izlee and Angelito. He is survived by: his wife Romona; his children, Eric, June, Manuel, Angelita, Orrin Jr. and Ricardo; and his brothers, Mark Sr. and Thomas Reyes. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
A wake was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Minnesota Indian Women's Resource Center (2300 15th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55404). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450).
