She was predeceased by: her husband Harry; her parents, Roy Haversack and Gudrun Haversack; her sister Virginia; her brother-in-law Arby Carlson; and her great grandchild Austin Ritzema.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Zook (Susan), Nancy (Lowell Bultena), Cynthia Zook and Gayle Zook; her grandchildren, Nathan Zook (Julie), Carolyn Zook, Christopher Bultena, Scott Bultena (Heather), Melissa Ritzema, Ryne Smith and Emily Smith; her great grandchildren, Sofia, Ezra Zook, Wyatt, Paige Ritzema and Kayla Bultena; and her niece Marcia Heisler (Ted). She is also survived by many cousins and longtime friends.
