He was predeceased by: his father Abel Ayala; his grandparents, Robert and Rachel Jack; his aunt Chris Huth; his uncles, David and Mike Jack; and his cousins, Shannon Jack Sr. and Billy Jack Lynaugh.

He is survived by: his mother Mary Jack; his children, Nicholas Jr., Zalias "Zal" and Lolita Ninde "Doll Face"; his sister Amy Lynn (Tina Marie); and his friends, Ralph, AJ, Season, Vinny, Michelle, Leah and Chedbon Sr. (Kelly). He is also survived by nieces & nephews; lots of uncles, aunts & cousins.
