She is survived by: her parents, Ken Briggs and Susan Briggs; her husband Bert Bouwman; her children, Bronwen Wittmer (Jordan), Maclaren, Shirley and Holland; her grandson Bo; her siblings, Wendy Turner (Eric) and Andrew Briggs (Sara); her father-in-law Willem Bouwman; and her grandmother Shirley Drury. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
