He is survived by: his wife Angie; his daughters, Lucy and Cheyenne; his sister Shelly Jackson; his nephews, Cody and Cordero; his siblings, Don McGothlin (Mary), Barry Mickelson, Kelly Larson (Rick), Melody Edwards (Rodger) and Melissa King; his parents-in-law, Dale, Evelyn Rogers and Patti Rogers; and his nieces and nephews, Braedy, Sara and Owen. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
