He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Myrtle, Roy McCollister and Babe Pumper (Delores). He is survived by: his father David McCollister; his brothers, Kyle and David; his children, Graham, Layla and Calista; his parents-in-law, Lynn, Denny Havlicek, Greg, Stephanie Havlicek, Tim, Molly Havlicek, Joel, Christie Havlicek, Julie and Neil Pumper; his nieces and nephews, Allison, Maggie, Owen, Payton, Lucy, Isaac and Anna; and his grandfather Fritz Pumper.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
