She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Asmus and Tena Asmus (Peters); her husband Marvin Matthiae; her siblings, Carol Rydrych, Donald Asmus (Esther) and Robert Asmus (Joanne); and her siblings-in-law, Myrna Asmus and Donald Kuske.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Matthiae of Missoula, MT, Candace of St. Paul, MN and Tom Matthiae of Hayward, WI; her grandchildren, Samantha Matthiae, Paige Matthiae, Jessica Matthiae and Michael McKay; her great grandchildren, Iain Matthiae of Rocket Flahavan, Donavan St. Clair, Levi Shinsky, Nia Shinsky and Margaret Rose Matthiae-Bouthot; and her siblings, Virginia Kuske of Mankato, MN and Maynard Asmus (Virginia) of St. Paul, MN. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
