She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Revak and Patricia Revak; and her siblings, Lyn Revak and Laurance Revak. She is survived by: her sisters, Gail Geary and Amy Poehling (Greg); and her grandchildren, Christine, Patti, Kay, Alan, Rob, Joey and Andy. She is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
