She is survived by: her children, Jeff Carlson (Theresa), Sharon Dezeeuw (Chad) and Kevin Carlson; her stepson Scott Carlson (Karen); her grandchildren, Nickolas Carlson, Emma, Ellie, Madelyn Deezeuw and Stefanie Carlson; her brother Donald Tuttle (Judy); and her niece Hilary Tuttle.
