She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Holm and William Holm; and her former husband Douglas Carlson. She is survived by: her husband David Jacobson; her children, Patricia Parker (Jeff), Penny Laing (Steve) and Mark Jacobson (Ellie); and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Brandon (Danielle), Ashley (Jason), Michelle (Justin), Michael, Sean and Alex. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
