She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Orstad; her grandson Anthony Ford; her sisters, Augustina "Gusty" Shasky and Vivian Russell; and her parents, Anthony H. Kosloski and Helen C. Kosloski (Lewandowski).
She is survived by: her children, Julie Ford (Elliot Weininger), Lori Ahlness (Eric), Steven Ford, Mike Ford (Robin) and Kathy Kendell (Rodney); her grandchildren, Marilyn, Brandon, Marcus, Ellen and Vivian; and her great grandchild Tatum. She is also survived by friends, and neighbors.
