She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Oppelt and Alma Oppelt; her husband Robert McDonald; and her granddaughter Kristin Ekey (McDonald). She is survived by: her children, Gregory (Janis), Kevin (Lyn) and Julie Chelberg (David). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hillside Chapel (2610 19th Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
