It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LaVerne M. Lang of Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on April 4, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though LaVerne may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Czech and Regina Czech (Schichta); and her siblings, Marlyn and Leroy. She is survived by: her husband Donald Lang; her children, Audrey Manning (Don), Dale Lang and Carol Gooley (Tom); and her grandsons, Brian Gooley (Zoey) and Mark Gooley (Sarah).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Gerard's Catholic Church (9600 Regent Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
