Mayberry (Elizabeth) of Omaha, NE. and Everett A. Mayberry of Omaha, NE.; and his uncles, Terry H. Mayberry, Vernon F. Mayberry and John Everett Mayberry. He is also survived by Three nieces, four nephews, and one great-nephew.
