With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kevin Collins Matthews (Minneapolis, Minnesota), who passed away on January 19, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Allen (Al) and Joan Collins Matthews (Maudie). He is survived by: his wife Mary Shafer; his daughter Maggie; and his siblings, Bill (Hannelore), Rick (Cindy Quehl), Sean (Sue), Greg (Deb Varner), Mark, Dan, Tony, Steve and Mary Ellen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, and dear friends.

Donations are preferred to the American Heart Association or Loaves and Fishes in his honor.
