She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Ankney and Darlene Ankney; her nephew Jason Murphy; and her great-nephew Connor Murphy. She is survived by: her husband Rolf Benson; her son Scott Benson; and her siblings, Trudy Harstad, Lynn Minikus, Mary Murphy (Bill) and Ken Ankney (Brenda). She is also survived by four nieces; three nephews; further survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorials preferred to Alzheimer's Association, American Heart Association or Twin Cities Public Television.
