He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Pfeifer and Virginia Pfeifer; his brother Robert; his brother-in-law William E. Bennett; and his cousins, Fred Coller, Jed Coller and Carole Kusienski.
He is survived by: his sister Virginia Bennett; his cousins, Lorraine Joan Boyle (Mike), Cece Arrigoni (Ralph), Joan Hansen, Judy Matonich (Ed) and JoAnn Coller; and his nephews, Paul, William M. (Annika) and John Bennett (Julie). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of the Epiphany (1900 111th Ave NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55433). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450).
In Lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the Catholic Eldercare Foundation, Lake Elmo Carmelite Monastery or Carmelite Hermitage.
