He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Bickford; his sister-in-law Cathy Hoelzel; and his niece Ami Hoelzel. He is survived by: his wife Andrea Hoelzel; his siblings, Deb Wilson (Willie), Laura Kirschbaum (Donnie) and Tim Hoelzel (Becky); his brother-in-law Grant Johnson (Robyn); and his in-laws, Mary Johnson and Jim Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
