He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Kahn (Carrie); his sister Silvia Spitz; and his parents, Sam Kahn and Gertrude Kahn (Garber). He is survived by: his brother James; his children, Bruce (Amy) of Rochester, NY, Barbara Trefethren (Randy) of Eagan, MN and Robert (Cécile) of Geneva, Switzerland; and his grandchildren, Josh, Brandon, Juliette, Adrien, Sally and Max.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Mount Zion Temple or donor's favorite charity.
