He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ordos and Florence Ordos; and his sister-in-law Marcia Ordos. He is survived by: his daughter Marie Ordos; his grandchildren, Nathaniel and Scarlett; his siblings, David, Terryl Mosher (Chuck) and Mark Lethert; his nieces, Jenny and Carrie; and his nephew Joe.

Before retirement, due to the pandemic, he spent some years teaching art to adults with special needs.
