He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bliss and Roberta Bliss. He is survived by: his siblings, Alfred Bliss and Julie Cohen (Joel); and his nephews, William and Jordon.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the United Hebrew Brotherhood Cemetery Chapel (2605 W 70th 1/2 St, Richfield, MN 55423). A shiva was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 5645 Green Cir Dr, Hopkins, MN 55343.
