He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl R. "Bud" and Mildred; and his brothers, Donn and Jim. He is survived by: his wife Mary L.; his children, Lisa, Lori Bjorke (Terry), Dave (Beth), Nick and Tim (Linnea Lentz); and his siblings, Richard and Mary Boylan (Chuck). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
