He was predeceased by: his father John (Jack); and his sister Mary Josephine. He is survived by: his mother Josephine; his children, Bradley (Ashley) and Jessica (Levy); his grandson David John; his siblings, James (Samantha), Robin Ohlhauser and Jeanne Anderson (Jerry); and his close friend Amy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
