With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John L. Hilsen (Minneapolis, Minnesota), who passed away on June 11, 2024 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Hilsen and Violet Hilsen; and his siblings, Ben Hilsen and Andrea Hilsen. He is survived by: his sister Holly Widen (John); his nephew Rick Widen (Katie); his nieces, Rachel Wixson (Reid) and Mari Widen (Peter Stenross); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rosie, Jerry Widen, Daniel and Eva Wixson; his sister-in-law Susan Jennelly; and his uncle Lowell Hilsen. He is also survived by many loving cousins, family and friends.
