He was predeceased by: his wife Dona; his son Kevin John; and his siblings, Thaddeus, Edward and Sophie.
He is survived by: his children, Erik Galant and Kerstin Devens; and his grandchildren, Caden, Keira and Bailey.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Robbinsdale Compass Lodge (4228 W Broadway, Minneapolis, MN 55422). Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Community (8701 36th Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55427). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
