It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne Backstrom (Minneapolis, Minnesota), who passed away on November 24, 2018, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Norman; her parents, Gottfred Lundberg and Betsy Lundberg; and her siblings, Vivian, Mae, Violet, Garwin, Doreen, Ruth and David.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Winter (Laren), James Backstrom (Merry Carole), Mary Studor (George), Elizabeth Van Loon (Daniel), Peter Backstrom (Michelle) and Brian Backstrom (Tina); her brother Roger Lundberg; and her sisters-in-law, Beverly Lundberg and Margaret Backstrom. She is also survived by nephews and nieces and other extended family.
