She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen; and her parents, Jim Williams and Helen Williams. She is survived by: her daughter Maria Alejandra; her brother Paul (Karla); and her pets, Mila, Luna and Thelma. She is also survived by niece & nephew.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Good Samaritan United Methodist (5730 Grove St, Edina, MN 55436).

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Ethnic Dance Theater, Feed My Starving Children or Park Nicollet Foundation (Frauenshuh Cancer Center Fund, Frauenshuh Cancer Center Research Fund & Frauenshuh Cancer Center Patient).

“Maria: My heart is so full for you! The passing of your mother is a loss for all. I remember as kids, I always wanted to have cousin Jean's temperament and grace. She was Mary (laura ingalls wilder) to my Laura! We were able to tempt her though and she joined us in spinning in Grandpa Elmer's overstuffed chair.
